“Our AC unit was not working. We saw Tri-City Heating & Air at our neighbor’s house. We waited until Ryan pulled out and stopped him. Told him our problem and Ryan said let’s go check it out! I know he was exhausted and ready to go home but he was there to help one more family. Our unit was bad enough that we had to replace it. Within less than a week we had our new furnace/heat pump/ AC  unit installed. The job was done timely and on budget. Ryan was very fair with his pricing. We were kept informed throughout the project. “What thankful words can I say about Ryan and his helpfulness. My AC unit decided to have a fit and it was so hot and I had picked fruit on hold that needed AC. He came out on a Sunday to run a diagnostic and gave me the best news .. it was fixable. In fact he had it running before he left that day and ordered the parts to replace the motor. He was so kind and helpful. Went out of his way to get my cooler house back which was sooo nice to come home to every day. Thank you Ryan!! You are the go to man for the job no doubt!! ”
